Langoussis, Mountain Town, GA, report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 15.4) on an unfiltered CCD frame taken with the Puckett Observatory 0.50-m MassImaging reflector on Jan. 11.32 UT (and confirmed on a frame taken on Jan. 12.15). The new object is located at R.A. = 15h32m01s.91, Decl. = +64o14'35".9 (equinox 2000.0), which is 6".06 east and 10".1 south of the center of IC 1129. The candidate is not present on an image taken by Puckett on 2002 Aug. 4 (limiting mag about 20.2) or on Palomar Sky Survey plates taken on 1991 May 17 (limiting mag about 21.0) and 1991 June 9.
