Lee and W. Li report the LOSS/KAIT discovery of an apparent supernova at R.A. = 10h39m40s.02, Decl. = +25d19'25".1 (equinox 2000.0), which is 13".0 east and 4.0" north of the nucleus of NGC 3323. The object was recorded at mag 17.7 on Nov. 17.50 and 21.52 UT. It was not present to fainter than mag 19.5 on Apr. 6.18. SN 2004bs was reported in this same galaxy in May 2004 (IAUC 8341).
