CBET 574), obtained on July 13.6 UT with the Supernova Integral Field Spectrograph on the University of Hawaii 2.2-m telescope, reveals that it is a type-II supernova. P-Cyg features from hydrogen Balmer lines, He I 587.6-nm, and the Ca II infrared triplet are visible. The maximum ejection velocity, measured from the blue wings of the H-alpha and He I 587.6-nm absorption features, is approximately 10000 km/s.
