Prasad and W. Li report the LOSS/KAIT discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images: 2006lf is located at R.A. = 4h38m29s.49, Decl. = +44d02'01".5 (equinox 2000.0), which is 13".0 east and 12".1 south of the center of UGC 3108. KAIT magnitudes for 2006lf: Oct. 19.43 UT, [19.3; 26.43, 18.0; 27.51, 17.6. Also, SN 2006lf (cf. CBET 700, 702) has brightened to mag 17.6 as of Oct. 27.51.
