Baek and W. Li report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 19.4) on unfiltered KAIT images taken on Oct. 28.49 and 29.52 UT. SN 2006li is located at R.A. = 7h05m33s.33, Decl. = +33d50'01".3 (equinox 2000.0), which is 3".3 west and 20".4 north of the nucleus of UGC 3664. A KAIT image taken on 2003 Oct. 22.52 showed nothing at this position (limiting mag 19.8). Also, the Digitized Sky Survey red plate image taken on 1989 Oct. 28 shows nothing at this position (limiting mag 21.0).
