Li, and Y.-T. Chen report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag about 18.6) on unfiltered CCD images taken in the course of the Taiwan Supernova Survey (cf. IAUC 8667) on Apr. 13.822 and 18.603 UT with the 1-m Lulin Observatory telescope. The new object is located at R.A. = 15h09m26s.37, Decl. = -10o41'33".2 (equinox 2000.0), which is 24".6 east and 10".9 north of the center of PGC 54103. Nothing was visible at this location on an image from 2006 Feb. 5.555 (limiting mag about 20.0).
