Christou, Armagh Observatory, reports that his CCD photometry of the Uranian satellite system, obtained by M. Hidas and T. Brown (Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope, University of California, Santa Barbara) using the 2-m Faulkes Telescope South and SDSS I filter, reveals a mutual event between satellites Uranus IV (Oberon) and Uranus II (Umbriel) on May 4. Preliminary estimates yield a mid-time of May 4.79840 UT and a flux drop of 0.35. Observations are encouraged during the remainder of the current Uranian mutual event season; predictions are given by Christou (2005, Icarus 178, 171) and Arlot et al. (2006, A.Ap. 456, 1173).
