Hennawi, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and University of California at Berkeley; E. C. Beshore and S. M. Larson, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, University of Arizona; and E. Christensen, Gemini Observatory, report the discovery of two supernovae detected in multiple sequences of exposures of the Catalina Sky Survey using the 0.7-m f/1.9 Catalina Schmidt telescope (+ 4000 x 4000 camera). No host galaxies are visible for either 2008ba or 2008bb. The discovery observations are tabulated below. SN 2008 UT R.A. (2000.0) Decl. Mag.
