Electronic Telegram No. 2379 Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMICAL UNION CBAT Director: Daniel W. E. The new object is marginally visible on single images used for the co-added frame and is visible also on a pre-discovery co-added R-band CCD frame taken by Hornoch and P. Hornochova with the same instrumentation on June 26.043, but it is not present on numerous archive images taken at Ondrejov and other observatories. The new object, designated M32N 2010-07a, is located at R.A. = 0h42m32s.43, Decl. = +40o53'36".5 (equinox 2000.0), which is 107" west and 99" north of the center of M32. Available R-band magnitudes for M32N 2010-07a, as measured by Hornoch: 2001 Nov. 22.321, [22.3 (A. Crotts, 8.2-m Subaru telescope at Mauna Kea); 2006 Jan. 6.084, [21.5 (J. Gallagher and P. Garnavich, 0.91-m telescope at Kitt Peak); 25.086, [21.4 (Gallagher and Garnavich); 2009 Aug. 30.932, [21.2 (Hornoch, 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov); 2010 June 26.043, 19.2 +/- 0.25 (Hornoch and Hornochova, 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov); July 9.066, 19.3 +/- 0.2 (Hornoch); 16.954, 19.5 +/- 0.15 (Hornoch and Hornochova).
