Newton and T. Puckett report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 17.1) on unfiltered CCD images (limiting mag 19.5) taken with a 0.40-m reflector at Portal, AZ, U.S.A. on Nov. 2.06 UT in the course of the Puckett Observatory Supernova Search. The new object, which was confirmed at mag 17.2 on multiple images (limiting mag 19.2) taken by Puckett on Nov. 3.06 with a 0.40-m reflector at Portal, is located at R.A. = 17h18m36s.61, Decl. = +41o40'56".7 (equinox 2000.0), which is 63".4 west and 43".2 south of the center of NGC 6350. Nothing is visible at this position on images taken by Puckett on Sept. 26 (limiting mag 19.4).
