NOTICE TO CONTRIBUTORS
     One of the e-mail servers that the Central Bureau relies on to receive
e-mail (involving all e-mail sent to addresses ending with @eps.harvard.edu)
crashed yesterday and is still not operational.  The Central Bureau staff
has an alternate way to read e-mail if it is sent to cbat@iau.org; it is
thus recommended that important e-mails sent to the Central Bureau be sent
both to cbatiau@eps.harvard.edu (or cbatsubs@eps.harvard.edu) and to
cbat@iau.org.  Any e-mails sent after about 17h UT on Dec. 12 should be
re-sent now to cbat@iau.org.  A notice will be posted on the CBAT home
webpage when e-mail sent to the eps.harvard.edu addresses are again being
received.


NOTE: These 'Central Bureau Electronic Telegrams' are sometimes
      superseded by text appearing later in the printed IAU Circulars.
