Niemczura, Astronomical Institute, Ondrejov, report on spectra (range 625-675 nm, resolution 13000) of N Cyg 2007 (cf. CBETs 890 and 891) obtained with the Ondrejov 2-m telescope. The coude spectrogram from Mar. 17.09 UT shows a broad P-Cyg H_alpha profile with a relative emission strength being 1.94 that of the continuum, and the radial velocity of the absorption minimum being -968 km/s. Narrow diffuse interstellar bands at 661.4 and 628.4 nm are clearly visible, as well. A spectrogram obtained with the Ondrejov echelle spectrograph on Mar. 17.12 shows double-absorption profiles of Na I D lines. A. Klotz reports that a CCD image of N Cyg 2007 was obtained with the TAROT 0.25-m robotic telescope at Calern Observatory in France on Mar. 17.150 UT, yielding R = 6.53 +/- 0.05 and the following position: R.A. = 20h28m12s.52, Decl. = +41o48'37".6 (equinox 2000.0). C. Buil, Castanet, France, reports that an optical spectrogram of N Cyg 2007, obtained on Mar. 17.16 UT with a 0.28-m telescope and a Lhires spectrograph (resolution 6800 at H_alpha), shows that the absorption bottom of the P-Cyg profile of H_alpha is blueshifted by 900 km/s with respect to the emission peak; the FWHM of the H_alpha emission is 1380 km/s, and the intensity of the H_alpha peak is 2.1 times the local 655.0-nm continuum.
