Khandrika and W. Li report the discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images taken on June 13.20 (at mag 17.7) and 14.18 UT (mag 17.8). The new object is located at at R.A. = 12h42m12s.72, Decl. = -17o24'07".7 (equinox 2000.0), which is 3".8 east and 5".5 north of the nucleus of IC 807. KAIT images taken on 2006 Dec. 24.45 (limiting mag 19.0) and 2007 May 6.28 (limiting mag 17.8) showed nothing at this location.
