Mazzoni, and M. Rossi, Borgo a Mozzano, Italy, report that unfiltered CCD images obtained on two nights with a 0.5-m Newtonian telescope show an apparent supernova at R.A. = 6h53m12s.15, Decl. = +44o04'16".6 (equinox 2000.0; astrometry with respect to UCAC-2 catalogue stars), which is 7" east and 3" south of the center of the galaxy MCG +07-14-18. Magnitudes for the new object: 1953 Mar. 10, [19.7 (Palomar Sky Survey E plate); 1989 Dec. 1, [20.2 (POSS F plate); 1990 Jan. 28, [20.3 (POSS J plate); 2009 Dec. 10.96 UT, 17.8 (Ciabattari et al.; limiting mag 19.5); 15.88-15.95, 18.1 (Ciabattari et al.; limiting magnitude 20.1).
