B. Cenko, W. Li, and A. V. Filippenko report the discovery by the Lick Observatory Supernova Survey of two apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images; A. Narla was also involved with the discovery of 2011F. SN 2011 UT R.A. (2000.0) Decl. Mag. Additional KAIT magnitudes for 2011G in UGC 7144: a co-added frame from May-June 2010, [20.5; 2011 Jan. 9.53, 18.7. G. Narayan and R. Kirshner, Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, report that a spectrum of 2011G was obtained at the MMT on Jan. 10 UT with the Red Channel spectrograph (range 320-830 nm). Analysis of the spectrum with SNID (Blondin and Tonry 2007) shows that 2011G is a type-Ia supernova about 40 days past maximum light. A similar spectrum of 2011F, analyzed with SNID, shows that it is a type-II supernova, about 10 days past maximum.
