Electronic Telegram No. 5560 Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams Mailing address: Hoffman Lab 209; Harvard University; 20 Oxford St.; Cambridge, MA 02138; U.S.A. e-mail: cbatiau@eps.harvard.edu (alternate cbat@iau.org) URL http://www.cbat.eps.harvard.edu/index.html Prepared using the Tamkin Foundation Computer Network (4350) SHIBECHA J. F. Gout, Tree Gate Farm observatory, Starkville, MS, USA; and M. Conjat, Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur, report that photometric observations taken with two telescopes (a 0.28-m telescope at Starkville, and a 0.40-m telescope at the Nice Observatory) during 2025 Apr. 1-May. 29 reveal that minor planet (4350) is a binary system with an orbital period of 24.992 +/- 0.005 hr. The primary shows a period of 2.89040 +/- 0.00007 hr with a light-curve amplitude of 0.18 mag at solar phases 4-22 degrees. Mutual eclipse/occultation events that are 0.11 to 0.2 magnitude deep indicate a lower limit on the secondary-to-primary mean-diameter ratio of 0.33.
