     A telegram from the Harvard Observatory announces
that Minkowski, Mt. Palomar, has found a comet in the
following position:

  May 19  10h32m0  18 16.8     +12  3          8

     Daily motion: -2m 7s, -4'.

     Comet diffuse with central condensation, tail < 1 deg.
