     A telegram from professor Guth announces the discovery
by Mrkos, Skalnate Pleso, of a comet in the following
position:

     April 12  1h55.0m   21 11.2   +16 14          9

            Daily motion: +1m26s, +58'.
          Comet diffuse with condensation,
            nothing reported about tail.
