COMET HARRINGTON (1953e)
     A radiogram from the Harvard Observatory announces
that Harrington, Palomar Observatory, working at the
NGS-Palomar sky survey has discovered a comet in the following
position:

     1953 UT             R.A. (1953) Decl.      Mag.
     Aug. 14  9h57.0m    23 41.4   -10 47        15

           Daily motion: +2s, -16'.

     Object diffuse with condensation and a tail < 1o.
