COMET GIACOBINI-ZINNER (1965g)
     Dr. Elizabeth Roemer, U.S. Naval Observatory, Flagstaff
Station, announces the recovery of this periodic comet by Roemer
and Lloyd in the following positions:

Appearance: stellar.


COMET ALCOCK (1965h)
     A cable from M. P. Candy, British Astronomical Association,
reports the discovery by G. E. D. Alcock of a new comet in
Hercules at the following position:

    Sept. 26.885    16 54.0   +35  2      10

Daily motion: Delta-R.A. = 1m5, Delta-Decl. = -1o2; Observers:
Alcock and Candy; Description: Diffuse, with central condensation
or nucleus, no tail reported.
