Circular No. 2022 Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMICAL UNION Postal Address: Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A. Cable Address: SATELLITES, NEWYORK Western Union: RAPID SATELLITE CAMBMASS NOVA DELPHINI 1967 Mr. M. P. Candy, British Astronomical Association, cables that a nova has been discovered in Delphinus by G. E. D. Alcock, Peterborough, England, as follows: 1967 UT R.A. (1950.0) Decl. Mv July 8.94097 20 40.0 +18 55 5.0 The discovery was confirmed by Candy, and also by R. E. Zissell, Trunbull, Connecticut. Photoelectric photometry by Zissell with the 20-inch reflector of Yale University Observatory on July 9.15 in rather hazy conditions give V = 5.73 +/- 0.05, B-V = +0.17 +/- 0.05, assuming that the comparison star BD +19 4484 has V = 6.29, B-V = +0.64. COMET MITCHELL-JONES-GERBER (1967f) The following parabolic elements have been determined by B. G.
