COMET DAIDO-FUJIKAWA (1970a)
The discovery of a new comet by Daido and Fujikawa has been
reported by Dr. H. Hirose, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, as follows:
1970 UT R.A. (1950) Decl. Mag. Observer
Jan. 27.833 18 58 + 5 40 8 Daido
27.869 19 00 + 5 00 8 Fujikawa
28.833 19 03 + 5 08 8 Kosai
The position given by Fujikawa is uncertain because of twilight.
Daido and Fujikawa report a diffuse object without central
condensation, but Kosai reports a central condensation.
RADIO FREQUENCIES FOR N14O16
Richard Neumann, Chemistry Department, Harvard University,
reports the following Omega = 1/2, J = 1/2 N14O16 frequencies of
interest to radio astronomers. They have been measured by the
molecular beam resonance technique and are listed below with the
F+ and F- assignments, where the subscripts indicate the Kronig
symmetry of the level. The uncertainties are 0.001 MHz.

COMET BENNETT (1969i)
Mr. M. P. Candy, Perth Observatory, has calculated the following
parabolic elements and current ephemeris. The elements are based
on 17 positions from 1969 Dec. 30 to 1970 Jan. 18, obtained at
the Perth Observatory, with all residuals, except two, under 2".
