COMET SUZUKI-SATO-SEKI (1970m)
A cable from Dr. M. Huruhata, Director of the Tokyo Observatory,
reports the following observations of a new comet:

     1970 UT R. A. (1950) Decl. Mag. Observer
     Oct. 19.40972 15 51 - 6 6 Suzuki
