COMET FUJIKAWA (1978n)
Y. Kozai, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, telexes that
Shigehisa Fujikawa, Onohara, Kagawa, has discovered a cometlike object
as shown below. The object has been confirmed by E. Everhart,
Chamberlin Observatory, University of Denver.

E. Bowell (Lowell Observatory). 107-cm reflector. Semiaccurate
position. UBV photometry on Oct. 7.269 UT gave mean values V =
13.95 +/- 0.02, B-V = +0.76 +/- 0.03, U-B = +0.41 +/- 0.04.
