COMET GONZALEZ (1981g)
     C. Torres, Department of Astronomy, University of Chile, provides
the following precise position, presumably of the cometary object
reported on IAUC 3617:

     1981 UT R. A. (1950) Decl. m1
     July 22.41453 0 17 46.4 -69 01 13 16

The following ephemeris, by the undersigned, should be regarded
as very uncertain, but it may help observers locate the comet:

     1981 ET R. A. (1950) Decl. Delta r m1
     June 5 23 49.20 -36 58.7 2.584 2.814 16.1
          15 23 57.64 -42 15.8
          25 0 05.44 -48 29.0 2.274 2.769 15.7
     July 5 0 12.13 -55 33.1
          15 0 16.80 -63 12.5 2.111 2.740 15.5
          25 0 17.2 -71 01.8
     Aug. 4 0 06.3 -78 29.9 2.138 2.726 15.5
          14 23 04.2 -84 58.2
          24 17 08 -86 56.5 2.330 2.728 15.7

PERIODIC COMET KEARNS-KWEE (1981h)
This comet seems to have been recovered as follows:

     1981 UT R. A. (1950) Decl. m1 Observer
     June 29.77122 3 11 38.0 +25 14 43 18 Seki
     July 13.04 3 37 15.3 +27 04 06 Sheffer

T. Seki (Geisei). 0.6-m reflector. Single observation.
Y. Sheffer (Wise Observatory). 1-m reflector. Probable faint
trail on a 42-min exposure consistent with expected motion.

The above observations are moderately consistent in suggesting
that the prediction on MPC 5852 (elements on MPC 5129) requires correction
by Delta-T = -0.07 to -0.13 day.

COMET KOBAYASHI-BERGER-MILON (1975 IX)
Corrigendum. On IAUC 2810, the 1975 July 25.06239 observation
was made by Debehogne and Roland (Uccle), not by Tomita.

1981 July 24 (3618) Brian G. Marsden
