D. Tholen, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, provides the following
photometric observations: 1982 Dec. 16.246 UT, V = 13.62 +/-
0.03, B-V = +0.85 +/- 0.01, U-B = +0.51 +/- 0.02; Dec. 16.372 UT, V =
13.45 +/- 0.20. It appears that these observations were made close
to minimum and maximum light.
