   reference stars.  Measurer: P. M. Kilmartin.
H. Kosai (Tokyo Observatory's Kiso Station).  1.05-m Schmidt
   telescope. Comet diffuse with condensation.  J. Watanabe assisted.
G. Schwartz (Oak Ridge Observatory).  1.5-m reflector.  Comet small
   and diffuse, essentially round.  Measurer: R. E. McCrosky.

     The following orbital elements, from eight observations May
27-June 3, are a refinement of those sent to telegram subscribers:
