J. Gibson (Palomar Observatory).  Sept. 18, center of rather weak
   trail.  Sept. 19, relatively broad trail.
G. Schwartz (Oak Ridge Observatory).  Haze on Sept. 21.  Images
   diffuse with slight condensation.  Measurer: D. W. E. Green.

     The following parabolic orbital elements, by the undersigned,
are from 4 observations, Sept. 18-21:
