EXO 0748-676
     A. N. Parmar, M. Gottwald, F. Haberl and N. E. White, EXOSAT
Observatory, report that further observations of this transient
show it still to have been active on Apr. 8 at a level of 0.01
Crab. The barycentric ephemeris for the center of the eclipse is
now 1985 Feb. 15.07427 (+/- 0.00002) UT +/- (3.824128 +/- 0.00012)E/24.
Up to now 21 type I bursts were seen, and in three cases a second
smaller type I burst was noted 10 to 20 min after the main one.

mu CENTAURI
     R. W. Hanuschik, Astronomisches Institut, Ruhr Universitat,
Bochum, telexes: "H-alpha profiles of this active Be star obtained at
0.2-nm resolution with the scanner attached to the 0.61-m Bochum
telescope at La Silla on Apr. 4, 23 and 24 do not show emission
above the continuum (IAUC 4051). The line profiles are slightly
variable and show central intensities between 0.71 and 0.80.
Line-profile variability is clearly seen on high-resolution H-alpha
profiles (0.013 and 0.0065-nm resolution) measured with the ESO
1.4-m coude auxiliary telescope on Feb. 28, Apr. 23 and 24 (the
last two measurements being by B. Bourdonneau, Paris)."

QSO 1156+295
     W. Wisniewski, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, University of
Arizona, notes that an unfortunate error occurred in the communication
of his Apr. 15 observation of this object (IAUC 4053): he
obtained V = 13.8 +/- 0.1, not V = 11.9. He also reports the object
at nearly the same brightness on Apr. 16 and 17.
