PERIODIC COMET HOWELL (1987h)
     A. C. Gilmore and P. M. Kilmartin, Mount John University
Observatory, report that they have recovered this comet as shown
below. The object is diffuse with condensation.  Indicated corrections
to the predictions by S. Nakano (MPC 10519) and by S. W. Milbourn
(HBAA 1987, 72) are delta T = -0.20 and +0.06 day, respectively.
