PERIODIC COMET KOHOUTEK (1986k)
The following are the only observations reported this year:

Sept.27.43311 6 52 07.36 +25 11 42.9 17.1 Scotti
T. Seki (Geisei). 0.6-m reflector. Uncertain.
J. Scotti (Kitt Peak). SPACEWATCH camera. Tail to west.
These observations are mutually consistent but indicate a
substantial departure from the orbit on IAUC 4240 (ephemeris MPC
11648) on account of unusual nongravitational activity. The
following result is based on observations during 1986-1987 only:
T = 1987 Oct. 30.0913 ET Epoch = 1987 Oct. 12.0 ET
