COMET LEVY (1990c)
     The following parabolic orbital elements, from 24 observations
May 21-June 5, are still preliminary, the ephemeris position in
mid-August being uncertain by at least 1 degree (the ephemeris has
m1 varying as r to the inverse fourth power):
