COMET LEVY (1990c)
     The improved orbital elements below, by S. Nakano, are from MPC
16841; the corresponding 1/a = -0.000288 +/- 0.000065 AU**-1.  The
undersigned has determined the 'original' and 'future' barycentric values to
be +0.000352 and -0.000522, respectively, suggesting that, contrary to
earlier speculations, this is not a 'new' comet in the Oort sense.

                    Epoch = 1990 Nov.  5.0 ET
     T = 1990 Oct. 24.6954 ET         Peri. = 242.6797

     q = 0.938581 AU                  Incl. = 131.5856

PERIODIC COMET ENCKE
     The orbital elements below, published by S. Nakano on NK 545
(OAA Computing Section Circ.), supersede those on MPC 12577. The
nongravitational parameters are A1 = +0.02, A2 = -0.0023.
