R. H. McNaught, University of Adelaide, reports his discovery
of a fast-moving asteroidal object on a plate taken at Siding Spring
by K. S. Russell. The observations by Russell (including the Feb.
11 prediscovery plate) were with the U.K. Schmidt Telescope and
those by McNaught were with the Uppsala Southern Schmidt telescope:
