     D. Fiebig, Max-Planck-Institut fur Radioastronomie (MPIfR),
Bonn, and Institut fur Theoretische Astrophysik (ITA), Universitat
Heidelberg; and W. J. Duschl and W. M. Tscharnuter, ITA, report: "We
announce the detection of H2O maser emission at 22.235 GHz at the
position of the FU Ori objects RNO 1B (Cohen 1980, A.J. 85, 29) and
SVS 13 (Strom, Vrba, and Strom 1976, A.J. 81, 314) using the 100-m
telescope of MPIfR. RNO 1B (R.A. = 0h33m52s.1, Decl. = +63 12'24",
equinox 1950.0) shows two components at heliocentric velocities (vh)
of -34 and -16 km/s. SVS 13 (R.A. = 3h25m58s.1, Decl. = +31 05'33")
shows a blended line at vh about -17 km/s."
