1992 LR
     C. S. Shoemaker reports her discovery of an asteroidal object
with direct near-opposition motion, found on films taken by herself,
E. M. Shoemaker, D. H. Levy, and G. J. Leonard with the 0.46-
m Palomar Schmidt telescope.  The following positions were measured
by Leonard:
