The following improved orbital elements represent 29 of the 30
available observations with mean residual 0".5. The critical 1992
Dec. 25 observation (IAUC 5684) leaves a residual of 2".2 in R.A. in
relation to the others. Further observations will be particularly
desirable in Jan. 1994, when the object has resumed its direct motion.
