R. Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an possible nova by Raffaele Belligoli, Flavio Castellani and Claudio Marangoni, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project, on the images in two frames 60-s obtained on 2015 August 06.1265 UT with a Moravian G4-9000 KAF CCD unfiltered (limiting magnitude = 18.5), from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, Italy), with 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope. The new object is located at RA 00 42 16.59 DEC +40 49 30.7(equinox 2000.0) Offset 313E 1597S . Apparent magnitude about 16.4 R in host Galaxy M31. No known minor planets, brighter than V = 20.0, were found in the 120.0-arcminute region around R.A. = 00 42 16.59, Decl. = +40 49 30.7 (J2000.0) on 2015 08 06.12 UT.Number of objects checked = 15466. Nothing is visible at this position Aladin catalog.
