Wenjie Zhou, Mi Zhang, Jingyuan Zhao and Weihao Wang report following-up photometry and outburst upper limit for AT 2023ttu=PNV J00423617+4117178. The nova is visible on V-filter image, exposured 600-s, obtained by 0.5-m f/6.8 Lulin-ASIAA Telescope for Transients and Education (LATTE) at Lulin Observatory (D35) around 2023 Sept. 29.70531 UT, mag=16.4 V. The nova is also visible on another R-filter image taken by the same instrument (2023 Sept. 29.71266, mag = 16.1 R), but nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on 2023 Sept. 28.69936 UT (limiting mag 20.5 V) and 2023 Sept. 28.70671 UT (limiting mag 20.5 R).
