The object (mag approximately 16.7) clearly seen on severl 120-s survey images (limiting mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey (XXX) around Sep. 14.66127 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( + 0.5-m f/4 reflector + CCD ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=00h42m42.31s +41d17'45".6 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 22.7" west and 97.1" north of the center of the NGC224(M31). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Sep. 12.65343 UT(limiting mag 19.0). COD XXX COM Long. 88 34 37.9 E, Lat. 43 31 20.6 N, Alt. 1795m CON Gaoyazi Observatory, Urumqi, Xinjiang, China Mi Zhang and Xing Gao reported the object on TNS named AT 2019qcg. Congratulations to the discoverer!
