Discovered by Róbert Fidrich and Tamás Tordai (HAA/VSS) using 2x120s co-added images made with 0.32m telescope of the iTelescope.net network remotely at Nerpio, Spain with Luminance filter. The object was not visible on 10x120s unfiltered images made with 0.25m telescope of Tamás Tordai in Budapest, Hungary using a clear filter on 2023. October 15.8333UT with limiting magnitude around 19.5C. PNV J00433237+4138211 (AT 2023veq) was also visible at around. 19.3 magnitudes on 10x120s unfiltered images made with 0.25m telescope of Tamás Tordai in Budapest, Hungary using a clear filter on 2023. October 16.8484UT.

The object is clearly visible at around 18.9C magnitudes on unfiltered 18x120s set of images made by Tamás Tordai, Budapest, Hungary with his 0.25m Newtonian telescope at October 16.8183UT on another FOV too -- Robert Fidrich, Budakeszi, Hungary.
