Discovery report by Hirosi Ohmori, Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, via the National Astronomycal Observatory of Japan. Two images taken with a PENTAX f=105mm lens with CANON Eos digital camera clearly show the object.

The National Astronomical Observatory of Japan Ishigakijima station checked the reported position, but no new object is detected. The discovery report should be withdrawn.
