Leiming Tang, Yanxi Li, Wenjie Zhou, Jianlin Xu, Yi Ding, Jiangao Ruan, Jingyuan Zhao, Guoyou Sun, Mi Zhang, Xing Gao (Xingming Obs), report the discovery of a possible nova (mag approximately 16.1 G) on one 30-s survey image (limiting mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory #2 (N89) around 2021 Oct. 25.56992 UT using a unfiltered CCD (0.5m f/4 reflector). The transient approximately located at R.A.=00h47m32.56s +39d38’10”.2 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 3249.8″ east and 5878.3″ south of the center of the NGC224(M31). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Oct. 21.79247 (limiting mag 17.5). Images can be found at: http://xjltp.china-vo.org/psp21ac.html
