Wei Gao(Nongan,Jilin,China) and Xing Gao (Urumqi,Xinjiang,China), report the discovery of a possible nova (mag approximately 17.5) on two 90-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.9)taken by Xing Gao in Xingming ObservationSky Survey(C42) around Dec .03.5573 UT. using an unfiltered CCD ( + 0.5-m f/4 reflector + CCD ). The new object approximately located at R.A. =01h34m01.57s Decl.=+30°42'39".8(equinox 2000.0).Which is about 137.7" east and 182.8" north of the center of the NGC598(M33). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Dec. 01 (limiting mag 19.9) . This transient was observed on 2016 12 05.88848 by Andrea Mantero from C77 - Bernezzo Observatory using 0.25-m f/4 reflector - CCD Atik 314L Scale 1,33"/pixel. Stack of 8 unfiltered b1x1 frames x 240 sec guiding exposures, show the source at 18.6 Mag.(limiting magnitude 19.5) end figures for astrometry were AR. 01,34 01.59 s DEC. +30,42 40.6" position measured from reference stars UCAC-4 catalogue.
