Discovered by Yuji Nakamura, Kameyama, Mie, Japan, on two frames (30-s exp. limiting mag 16.0) taken by 10cm/F3.0 refractor and CMOS camera. Nothing is visible at this location on the frames taken on 2021 Nov. 23.7421 UT (30-s exp. limiting mag 16.0) by same instrument. --- Isao Endoh (NAOJ)

This is MASTER OT J030227.28+191754.5, discovered 26.8257 Nov 2021 UT. Reported to TNS on 27.6243 Nov UT and via ATel #15067 on 27.897 Nov UT. My observation on 28.4680 Nov UT is of a blue object, magnitude 11.8 TG.

Photometry of MASTER OT J030227.28+191754.5 (Nova in Ari) resulted 11.9V on 2021 November 29.0829 UT, based on a 60s image with V-band filter, using an 0.25m iTelescope.net reflector remotely at Mayhill, New Mexico, US, using APASS V magnitudes.
