We discovered this object on Jan. 25.60 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 16.1 mag, and we confirmed this discovery on Feb.02.58 2013 UT with an unfiltered magnitude of about 15.9 mag.
