Unknown type variable star in Perseus discovered by Timur Krychko and Boris Satovski on images, obtained on 2011 Sep 22.01161UT using 0.30-m f/8 reflector + unfiltered CCD (Alta 16Mpix) under the limiting magnitude = 20.5R at Astrotel Observatory, (Zelenchukskaya Sta., Russia, MPC COD: 114). Mag=16.9C, astrometry: RA=04 28 37.07; DEC=+31 57 57.8 (+-0.1") . Five images caught this object. Nothing is visible at this position on a Palomar Sky Survey DSS image obtained on 1989-11-24, 1996-11-04 and nothing is visible at 2MASS images obtained on 1999-11-26. But at this position on a Palomar Sky Survey DSS image obtained on 1955-10-22 and 1992-10-01 visible object at 17 mag. This possible new variable USNOA2 1200-00648731 was seen with 4 x 1200 sec images using a clear filter. Astrometry: RA 04 28 37.0 Dec 31 57 58.1 Photometry: 19.0 +/- 0.2 C using 3 ref stars These data were collected by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia.
