H. Maehara, NAOJ, forwarded a discovery of a new object (mag about 12.3) by Shizuo Kaneko, Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan, on Nov. 28.557 UT with CANON 5D mark II + f.l. 200mm lens. It was confirmed on several iTelescope images (reported position was derived from these images). The image taken on Nov. 27.629 UT (limiting mag about 14.7) with the same equipnments as the discovery does not show any object at the reported position.

I took confirmation images of this transient object with 0.43-m f/4.5 CDK astrograph + FLI-PL6303E at iTelescope.NET, Mayhill, NM, USA, remotely. Photometry results were B=12.42 and V=13.49. It has blue color and might be outburst of dwarf novae. Position end figures were 27.25 and 20.32 in R.A. and Dec. My image is available at http://meineko.sakura.ne.jp/ccd/TCP_J05002724+1334199.jpg. Photometry: B= 13.7, V= 13.4, R=13.6, position end figures 27s.25, 20".0 (UCAC4), remotely using a 0.50-m f/6.8 astrograph + CCD(FLI ProLine PL11002M) + f/4.5 focal reducer at the RAS Observatory near Mayhill, NM, U.S.A.. Frames were taken by each B(90-s), V(60-s) and R(60-s), under the limiting magnitude = 16.0. Observer T. Yusa, Osaki, Japan. Mag.= 13.8, position end figures 27s.24, 20".3 observed by T. Noguchi, Chiba-ken, Japan using 0.23-m f/6.3 Schmidt Cassegrain + unfiltered CCD, who writes there is a star (mag.= 15.6) at the position end figures 27s.22, 19".7 on DSS (POSS2/UKSTU Red 1989).
