This possible supernova in an Anonymous Galaxy was detected with 5 x 10 min images using a luminance filter Astrometry: RA 05 01 29.89 Dec -13 43 46.5 Photometry: 16.43 +/- 0.05 L (V for ref) These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia. PSN Detected at coordinates 05 01 29.88 -13 43 46.6 (UCAC3). Magnitude 16.5 U +/- 0.1. Limiting magnitude 19.0. Figures are average of measurements of five individual 240-sec images. This object was observed by Federica Luppi and Luca Buzzi from Schiaparelli Observatory, Varese, Italy. In a stack of images totalling 5 minutes of unfiltered exposure time, the object has position end figures 29s.88, 46".3 and magnitude 16.3.
