Discovered and reported by Masatoshi Yoshimi, Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, Japan. We do not He mentioned that the movement has not been detected. Limited mag about 13.2. EOS 6D + 135mm lens and 25-cm Schmidt.

The transient is likely a UV Ceti-type flare on the red dwarf LSR J0510+2713. The high proper motion (pmRA= -213 mas/yr pmDE= -630 mas/yr, 10 pc Gaia distance) of the red dwarf complicated its identification. ---- Kirill Sokolovsky and Stanislav Korotkiy
